Нет конечно, у нас не Дикое Поле и оружие всякой шушере в руки никто не даст. У нас до такого и не додумаются. Этож надо так учудить - добровольно всякому уголоному отребью оружие раздавать. То-то у вас там по кафешкам самоподрываются.
